Our team includes medical doctors, psychologists, scientists and therapists with superior education, training and experience. We use a wide range of disciplines and approaches to provide effective help with psychological, relational and psychosomatic issues. We are also able to assist in the personal development of our clients and provide counselling regarding the selection of optimal medication.
The key values that we build on are humanity, openness to experience, and respect for everyone's worldview. This is why you'll find experts with different approaches and ways of working as well as different personal experiences on our team.
We are proud to say that many of our staff have international formal training in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. Continuous learning is essential for us. We believe that adequate self-care is also key in our profession. Our entire team is therefore subject to regular professional intervision and supervision.
Therapeutic team
Among our therapists you will find certified physicians and clinical psychologists, physicians and psychologists in postgraduate certification training, and extraordinarily qualified colleagues with extensive psychotherapeutic training. Many of them have completed unique, internationally certified training programs to ensure that their work meets the highest standards. We have many years of experience in research and clinical practice. We publish articles, speak at conferences, and some of us teach at universities.
Outpatient doctors
Our team consists of young physicians who are open to progressive methods of treating mental illness. Many of our doctors also have relevant psychotherapeutic training. In Psyon we also have an outpatient cardiology and internal medicine clinic run by Dr. Kovárník, which provides physiological examinations necessary for the indication of ketamine-assisted therapy.
Nurses
We see interdisciplinary cooperation as vital to our work. For this reason, we have an experienced psychiatric nurse on our team who works directly with our clients in their treatment.

Psyon was founded by leading mental health researchers, neuroscientists, physicians and psychologists.

We want our clients to feel comfortable from the moment they first contact us to the time they meet with us in person. That is why we have created a team that makes client satisfaction a priority, is always fully present and available to clients, and ensures that our clinic environment is conducive to well-being.
Supervision
We believe that it is essential in our industry to take care of ourselves and constantly improve the quality of our work. Our entire team undergoes regular supervision.
